We're Phoebe and Xinyi. Behind Reicha is Cheeky, our matcha and coffee café in Singapore — where we see it daily: how little about tea gets explained to the people making it and the people drinking it. Reicha exists to close that gap.
That means more than delivering tea. The recipes. The training. The working it out together when something's off — the everyday parts of serving a good cup that we handle ourselves each morning.
Whether tea is your main thing or a smaller part of the menu, it's still part of what a customer remembers about visiting you — and it deserves a method that fits how your team already moves, without giving away the character of the tea to get there.
